Stimulate Your Muscles With Hard Training, Not Caffeine!

Being very dedicated to training hard every workout or studying new ways to improve my training, or performance I am continuously seeking knowledge and speaking with authorities to gain new pearls. My travels have recently have made me start to become aware of how many athletes are misguided by training hard and depending on all these stimulant drinks! I call them stimulant drinks, because so many of them are loaded with caffeine and other things that rev up your nerves and make you jittery. But fact is, are they energy drinks and how do we really maximize our training?
I will save the nutritional content to my associates of MyCompetitiveLife, Chris and Tony. But I will lead into the fact that people forget that true energy comes from the breakdown of carbohydrates and fat. Athletes are consistently associating energy with a feeling before they even train, but true energy should not be a shaky or aggressive feeling, but a sustain effort when training or performing in your sport!
